Your Wedding, Under a Canopy of Pines
A Southern Oregon Wedding Venue Inside the National Monument
The roads are gravel. The trails are mulch. High heels are discouraged. There will be dirt and bugs and you will love every minute of it.
Your ceremony happens on 100 acres inside the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument, the only national monument in the country established specifically to protect biodiversity. Not near it. In it. Your guests sleep in nine private cabins and eight lodge rooms scattered through the forest, and everyone walks to the ceremony. No hotel blocks across town, no shuttle logistics, no splitting your weekend between three locations.
Whether it’s just the two of you and an officiant or a hundred of your loved ones dancing under some of the brightest stars in Oregon, we’ve built five packages that match the vision of your celebration.

Five Wedding Packages, from Elopement to Exclusive Weekend
Elopement packages include two nights in your own private cabin and an arch dressed in Oregon greenery. For weddings of thirteen guests or more, your package is a venue fee: it reserves the event spaces, holds lodging for your group, and your guests book their own rooms directly with us.
Elopement “Just Us”
You drove up Highway 66 together. The curves softened and the forest closed in and somewhere between the last town and the first tall pine you stopped talking about the wedding and started feeling it. Tomorrow morning, you walk to the amphitheatre with your officiant. The forest is your cathedral. The ceremony is yours. And then the rest of the weekend opens up with nothing on the schedule but each other.
The cabin. The woodstove. The stars you forgot existed. No agenda, no receiving line, no countdown to checkout. Just the two of you and a hundred acres of quiet.
Elopement “Close Circle”
Some promises are meant to be spoken in front of the people who shaped them. Your parents. Your best friend since college. The sister who talked you through every doubt. Up to twelve of them sit in chairs beneath the pines while you say what you came here to say. Afterward, everyone toasts under the open sky, and the only schedule is the one you feel like keeping.
Intimate Wedding
This is the wedding where everyone knows everyone, and you can hear your grandmother laugh from across the lawn. Thirteen to thirty guests. A ceremony in the amphitheatre with the forest as your backdrop, a reception in the Forest Room with real plates and actual silverware, and a weekend where the whole group sleeps on the same hundred acres. Your people walk to the ceremony from their cabins, and they walk back under the stars.
Weekend packages include the Forest Room for your rehearsal dinner and a farewell brunch the next morning. Setup and cleanup are on us. The lodge is held for your group, and your guests book their rooms directly with us.
Celebration
Enough people for a dance floor that fills up and enough space to spread out across the property. Friday night rehearsal under the pines. Saturday afternoon ceremony in the amphitheatre, reception on the lawn as the light drops. Sunday brunch before anyone drives home.
Your venue fee reserves the event spaces all weekend, with rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch in the Forest Room included. We hold the lodge and at least four cabins for your group, and your guests book their rooms directly with us.
Exclusive Wedding
For two nights, no one else is here. Your venue fee reserves every event space and takes all seventeen cabins and lodge rooms off the market, held for your guest list alone. Lodging itself is separate: your guests book their rooms directly with us at standard nightly rates, and you agree to fill most of them. The amphitheatre for the ceremony. The Forest Room for dinner. The lawns for dancing. And when the last song plays and your guests walk back to their cabins through the dark forest, the only light comes from the stars.
Starting prices are off-season weekday rates. Peak season runs June through October.
Flexible date? Save with Tuesday Ceremony at the Inn. Tier 2–5 ceremonies booked on a Tuesday qualify for our discounted Tuesday-only rate. Ask about availability when you inquire.

Where Your Celebration Happens
Every wedding uses a different combination of spaces. Here’s what’s available.
Event Spaces
The Amphitheatre
A natural grass clearing surrounded by pines with open sky overhead. Walking distance from every cabin and lodge room. Seats up to 100 guests.
The Forest Room
Our round timber-framed indoor event space. Rehearsal dinners, receptions, farewell brunches, and rainy-day backup. Available for Intimate tier and above, or as an add-on for elopement tiers.
The Lawns
Multiple lawn areas across the property. The lawn in front of the lodge has hosted dance floors and stages. The lawn behind the Forest Room has held receptions, ceremonies, and late-night dancing under the stars. Your coordinator decides what works best for your group.
Where Everyone Stays
The Lodge
Eight rooms in the main lodge building. Home base for the weekend. Deep soaking jacuzzi tubs, forest views, and your guests are steps from everything.
Your Cabin
The bridal suite and honeymoon suite. Special touches for arrival night, ceremony night, and the morning after. Boccard Point is our signature honeymoon cabin, tucked into the trees at the edge of the property.
Guest Cabins
Nine private cabins sleeping 2-6 guests each. Woodstoves, covered porches, and forest on every side. Dog-friendly options available. Everyone walks to the ceremony. Book directly with us.

Why Couples Choose Green Springs Inn
You’ve heard of golden hour. The ceremony was at five. It’s early June and now that the sun is setting, it’s almost nine. Your hair is not quite right. Your makeup is a little smudged from the tears. You’ve been talking and dancing and laughing and grazing on wonderful food for the last four hours, with the people you care about most in the world, all right here. The photos will not be “exactly right.” But the photos will be magical. They will capture this moment. This moment you have been waiting so long for. This moment you will have for the rest of your life.
Space for everyone
Your guests don’t commute to your wedding. They sleep in private cabins scattered through the forest, walk a gravel path to the ceremony, and walk back under the stars. No hotel blocks, no shuttles, no splitting the group across town.
One venue, one weekend
Rehearsal dinner. Ceremony. Reception. Farewell brunch. All of it happens on the same hundred acres. You move between spaces, not between zip codes. Your weekend unfolds instead of getting fragmented.
The darkest sky you’ve seen
We sit at 4,500 feet in the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument with zero light pollution. The Milky Way is not a faint smudge here. It is a physical presence overhead. After-dinner stargazing is not something we schedule. It just happens when your guests step outside and look up. First dance under the stars means something different when the stars actually show up. Your photographer will thank you.
Intimate scale, not a conference center
Seventeen units. One hundred guests maximum. Your wedding feels like your wedding, not a Tuesday rotation in a banquet hall calendar.
Dogs at the ceremony
Seven of our nine cabins are dog-friendly. Your dog can be at the ceremony, walk the trails with your guests, and sleep at the foot of your bed. No extra permission needed. Just let us know when you book and we will match you with the right cabin.
What Couples Are Saying
“The staff at Green Springs Inn were amazing from start to finish. During our search process, Green Springs Inn staff were hands down the most on top of everything and that continued all the way up until and through our wedding day. Scott and his crew on site were extremely thoughtful and thorough during our wedding weekend. We reserved the entire facility for our Friday-Sunday Wedding and our guests were astounded by the grounds, attention to detail and the overall energy of the place. If you are looking to create something unique and wonderful for your wedding or event, we highly recommend Green Springs Inn, your experience will definitely be magical.”

Common Questions About Weddings at Green Springs Inn
What does the venue fee cover?
The venue fee reserves your event spaces and, for weekend packages, holds lodging for your group. It does not include the rooms themselves. Your guests book their cabins and lodge rooms directly with us at standard nightly rates. The exception is our elopement packages (Tiers 1 and 2), which include two nights in a private cabin for the couple.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our maximum is 100 guests for an Exclusive Wedding (full property buyout). We have 17 units total: 9 private cabins sleeping 2-6 guests each, plus 8 lodge rooms.
Do you provide catering?
Yes. We work with local caterers and can arrange one for your wedding. Your caterer brings the food plus tableware, glassware, bar, chafing, and service staff.
Are pets allowed at ceremonies?
Dogs are welcome at outdoor ceremony spaces and in our dog-friendly cabins: Parsnip Lakes, Pilot Rock, Soda Mountain, Chinquapin Mountain, Agate Flats, Mayfield Gardens, and Hobart Peak. Our honeymoon cabin (Boccard Point) is not dog-friendly, but couples with pets can choose an alternate cabin.
What happens if it rains?
The Forest Room is your weather backup on wedding weekends. June through October is reliably dry at our elevation, but we always have a Plan B.
Do you provide an officiant?
Yes. Scott, our Operations Manager, is an ordained officiant and is included in all elopement packages (Tiers 1 and 2). For larger weddings, we can recommend both faith-based and non-denominational officiants from our vendor list.
What is the lodging guarantee?
For weekend packages at the Intimate tier and above, the couple guarantees a minimum number of rooms will be filled. Guests book and pay for their own rooms directly with us. If the minimum isn’t met 14 days before the event, the couple covers the difference at the standard nightly rate. This ensures your guests have rooms reserved and your weekend has the right energy.
When is peak season?
Peak season is June through October. Off-season rates (November through May) run about 25% lower across all tiers.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak-season weekends (especially July through September) can book 6-12 months out. Off-season and weekday dates are often available with shorter notice. The sooner you reach out, the more options you’ll have.
Still have questions? We’re happy to talk it through.
