Our wedding packages normally include our wedding facilities, catering, and lodging for the wedding party. We can serve about 150 people for a summer wedding, assuming we use our outdoor spaces. Our accommodations include eight rooms in a lodge near the restaurant. Normally these rooms are included in a wedding package because they are close to the Forest Room and lawn, where the reception would take place. The cost of the rooms ranges from $89 to $119 per night. Normally the rooms are paid for by wedding participants who are coming from out of town.

We also have five cabins in operation with another three scheduled for completion in May. The cabins each have capacity for six or more, with the exception of Boccard Point, which is configured for a couple. (Boccard often serves as the honeymoon cabin.) We don’t encourage camping on our property although we have several dry camp sites with no rest room facilities. BLM operates an excellent public campground at Hyatt Lake three miles from our front door.Several cabins are available for rent around Hyatt Lake. Pinehurst Inn, five miles east, offers five rooms.

Our facility charge is $1,500. This includes the Forest Room, amphitheater and grounds as well as tables and chairs, white linens, glassware and tableware, etc. The catering charge depends on the menu you choose and the number of guests. Our wedding buffets generally range from $20 to $35 per guest.If you are interested in looking at our facilities and discussing your wedding plans, we would be happy meet with you.
